This nice machine is awesome. It is programable. That allows you much more freedom if you are doing this alone. You can set it at night and jjst go to sleep. I think the cycle you set will repeat 10 times by itself before it turns off. There is no ice to replace. Which is a cumbersome chore when all you want to do is sleep. There are settings for compression and amount of chill. Avoiding swelling is the key to reducing pain. It does this very nicely. I called over the weekend and left a voicemail for their on-call professional: no response. I called this afternoon to try and set up an appointment, got in touch with a representative from their 800 number who told me they'd call back: they did not I have the good fortune of having a great prosthetist back home, as I'm only in CO on vacation and just needed some quick help. Please do yourselves the favor of finding a good, responsive office for your prosthetist. Life isn't easy being disabled and you don't deserve having it... read more
Jonathan was amazingly helpful! I had unexpected surgery and he went out of his way to help us get the equipment we needed - he met my wife in Aspen, then drove to our house near New Castle late on Friday afternoon. He then delivered a critical piece of equipment on Saturday. He was very personable, knowledgeable and was clearly concerned about getting me set up for recovery. Excellent service!!
I would like to commend Eric at Medequip In Avon. he recently fitted me with an unloader brace for my left knee. He was professional knowledgeable and caring. Overall, positive experience.
