As with all the other reviews. They used to be a good company and my go to for scrubs and lab coats. Now they have changed their styling, can't find the classic scrubs anymore. All the new styles are awful fitting! Quality has gone significantly down. Wait times are forever! Never again. They lost another customer.

Don’t buy from here! This feels like a spam or a fraud. It’s expensive with the worst customer services. My order has been over a month and no one has contacted me until I did after multiple times. My order was placed on Aug 12th, 2025. Today is Sep 19th, 2025 and i haven’t received my order. This is ridiculous. I am requesting for a refund. They don’t know when I will receive my order and refused to refund my money.

We order frequently and in bulk from Medelita using the exact same address every time. Lately, orders are being returned to their facility without any notification to us. Their claim is that the address is incorrect, which makes no sense considering some packages arrive and others don’t, all using the same address. I'm a longstanding customer of Medelita. Back when they started, their lab coats were unparallel, and their scrubs were great. They have since been purchased by Careismatic Brands, the parent company for Allheart. I recently ordered a lab coat with embroidery (Ponte jacket). It's a very nice jacket, but the fit is much larger and baggier across the torso than previous scrub jackets I have purchased (Ionic, Strata). Embroidery took longer than advertised. I'm a longstanding customer of Medelita since starting residency in 2017. I've ordered 2 lab coats for myself, 3 others as gifts, 6 scrub jackets, and 4 pairs of scrubs. These experiences were previously fantastic. I recently ordered their Core scrub jacket in a new color for my new hospital. The experience was a disaster.
