We order frequently and in bulk from Medelita using the exact same address every time. Lately, orders are being returned to their facility without any notification to us. Their claim is that the address is incorrect, which makes no sense considering some packages arrive and others don’t, all using the same address. I'm a longstanding customer of Medelita. Back when they started, their lab coats were unparallel, and their scrubs were great. They have since been purchased by Careismatic Brands, the parent company for Allheart. I recently ordered a lab coat with embroidery (Ponte jacket). I'm a longstanding customer of Medelita since starting residency in 2017. I've ordered 2 lab coats for myself, 3 others as gifts, 6 scrub jackets, and 4 pairs of scrubs. These experiences were previously fantastic. I recently ordered their Core scrub jacket in a new color for my new hospital. The experience was a disaster. Medelita has been my go-to company for lab coats for ten years. When my favorite style was discontinued, I recently bought a different style based on the measurements listed and it was much too big. There is no exchange mechanism and the return process was awful with an extremely narrow window.
