Dr Young was my doctor for over 20 years, he was caring and very professional, He was the one comforted me, guided me through my hardest time of breast’s cancer . Throughput these years I never witnessed or experienced of rudeness from the receptionists even when I didn’t have Dr. Young around, the receptionists organised for me to see any doctor that available on the day. I've always seen Dr Lintern, who is amazing and unfortunately is on maternity leave. We are now seeing Dr Ruby, also an amazing doctor who is thorough, experienced and knowledgeable and has always provided correct and effective treatment for myself and our children. Reception staff are polite and have always accommodated our needs accordingly. Our poor experience has been with Dr Jeffery, who, 1. Is always running 15-35 minutes late, and, 2.
