The team at MedEast is the best. I am almost five years in on an above the knee prosthetic. It was and still is a challenge but with Matt, Olivia, Amber and the rest of the MedEast team, I am making it. One step backwards but multiple steps forward after my office visit. If there were 10 stars, I would give them all ten.

Olivia has helped me so much!! She comes to where I am to help me out and makes everything as convenient and easy as possible for me. I was having another issue during one of our appointments together and she was going to drive me to the hospital herself. She really knows how to do her job. It’s been 3 months trying to get in touch with the office about my son brace. They don’t answer calls at all, even if you leave them multiple messages. Last time I had to drive down to the office which is 40 minutes away to receive an update. They lack communication which is ridiculous.
