Very bad
Unprofessional ,unintelligent and just plain rude receptionists , I made a complaint and the complaint was dealt with by the very people I complained about . Brushed under the carpet basically. Avoid
This surgery is an absolute joke. In what world does scheduling a telephone appointment for “some time before 6pm”, just to hopefully get a face to face appointment at “some point today”. How are people meant to get on with their day or needing to reschedule their whole day around a maybe? Not to mention the amount of time it takes to get through, just to be put on hold further and then to get hanged up on. Jokes honestly
With all that GP surgeries have to deal with, I am grateful for the time and effort given to provide care at this surgery. Reception staff have never failed to do all they can to help me and my partner whilst we have been registered here, if I’ve needed care then I’ve always been seen. Especially I am grateful for Gail at reception who always does her best to get to the bottom of things. I used to work as a GP receptionist and I know the constraints that they are working under. Thank you for all you do 🥰
