Great service and great people, always pleased! I really feel sorry to my carpets because they got spilled with a lot of drinks last night, Thank goodness, Medders Carpet Cleaning came to the rescue and cleaned the mess completely!
THEIR STAFF IS VERY RESPONSIVE, SKILLED AND FRIENDLY!! IS IT JUST ME WHO NOTICED THAT THE CLEANER ASKED IF HE HAD TO REDO THE WORK TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED? I GOT EMBARRASSED BECAUSE THE CARPET WAS ALREADY VERY CLEAN, HE’S VERY THOUGHTFUL AND I COULDN’T ASK FOR MORE,
THE WORKERS FROM MEDDERS CARPET CLEANING ARE ALL HAPPY AND CHARMING FROM THE MOMENT I CALLED THEM TO THE TIME THEY GOT INSIDE OUR HOUSE.. THEIR SERVICE WAS A TOTAL ACCOMPLISHMENT.. THUMBS UP!
