I still can’t get in touch with this company to pick up an unused oxygen tank after several years. I called last year. Now no one answers and no voice mail set up.
Since my provider switched to this company for replacement oxygen tanks, I have received at least 5 empty replacement bottles from them. The company my provider previously dealt with NEVER sent an empty replacement oxygen tank. My provider picked up another empty from this company today. Good thing I checked the tank before we left to run errands and doctor appointments on Wednesday. Obviously this company has no regard for human lives. Wish my provider would go back to their previous oxygen tank provider.
