Even if you’re coming in for something very minor like a cough be prepared to wait over 2 - hours. So don’t come in if you’re thinking it will be like other urgent care centers. In and out. They like to have people waiting apparently. And the nurse in charge doesn’t even check for symptoms other than the symptoms you are describing
Horrible service and attitude by the receptionist. She acts like she’s doing you a favor by assisting.
I had a very disappointing experience at this urgent care. I made an appointment for 3:00 PM, but I was not seen until after 5:00 PM. After waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time, I asked the front desk for an estimated wait time and was told it would be another 45 minutes. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I ultimately waited an additional 1 hour and 20 minutes beyond that estimate.
