Great staff. Doctor and staff are on point. Very professional and friendly
Took my kid in over the weekend since we couldn’t get in with our regular doctor. The front desk was friendly and helped us get checked in without much hassle, even though it seemed a little busy. We saw Dr. America and she was great — really patient, explained things clearly, and made sure we understood what was going on. What I appreciated most was how she interacted with my kid — kind, calm, and made them feel at ease. Grateful for the care we got that day. It made going to an Urgent Care feel a little easier.
⸻ I’m extremely upset with how my five-year-old daughter was treated during our visit. After patiently waiting for two hours, the practitioner named America walked in, didn’t greet her, didn’t ask how she was doing, and immediately told her to sit down in a rude and cold tone. There was absolutely no effort made to make her feel safe or comfortable, which is unacceptable—especially for a child.
