I purchased a Mindray Ultrasound machine from this company about two and a half years ago. The company provided me with online live support to set up my machine with ease. They are super honest and helpful. I’ve never had any major issues, but anytime I needed my machine serviced; they were very responsive and helpful. Imagine purchasing a refurbished ultrasound system that says it's a few years old, when in all reality, they just add a few things to update the software and change the date and serial number. This makes it look like you are getting the latest and greatest hardware and software. Only to realize you are getting a used piece of junk with old electrical boards and components.
