After discussing an insurance issue with them. They refuse to send the bill to the correct insurance company because they believe mistakenly that blue cross blue shield of AZ will pay blue cross blue shield of MN's bill. Now, years later I am stuck paying the bill they should have sent to the insurance given them. I hope they accept this review and correct their error for future clients, but it is unlikely after speaking to their staff. Good luck if you want your insurance to pay this bill.
Excellent staff and incredibly professional. They go above and beyond and out of there way to make you feel important. They will not disappoint!
