inconvenient!!! always full!! does this other people doesn’t have family doctors? so annoying!!
The system in place is streamlined and efficient. There’s no sitting in a packed weighting room for hours. Reception was accommodating and cheerful, the medical staff took time for a proper history, a thorough exam, and provided a well reasoned diagnosis and treatment plan. Very impressed. We are very lucky to have such a clinic. Thank you!
Best service ever! I came with fever (39,4) on Wednesday, asked about some help. Yeah, swab really helped me a lot, no advice no medicine. Appreciate that. On Friday, I found out they took my phone number wrong and that’s why they didn’t call me back. Then I found out that I need f”n appointment to hear that word positive or negative. Amazing. I’m in fever the third day, might’ve killed my lever with Tylenol and Advil which never f helped! By the way, tons of water and tee just made me run in the bathroom and worry about kid... read more
Went for a walk in appt. Definitely recommend getting there before 8 when they open. I got there at 710 am and there was already a few people in line outside. They post the QR code on the door at 8 to check in so it’s more so whoever fills out the form fastest gets in faster. They give you a time to come back so I don’t wait there the whole time. Which is very nice. The female doctor was so kind and answered all my questions.
I don't know the name of the lady at front desk but she always goes beyond and above to help anyone who calls at the clinic or who walks in there, even if the clinic is full or you can't get an appointment right away, she tries her best to help you and give you options selflessly, I wanted to say thanks to her for everything she is doing there! We need women like you.........
