The assistant was helpful and efficient. The office decor is worth seeing too.
Such a great company with amazing and understanding people! They've always been so kind and helpful when needing oxygen supplies for my husband and get them sent off the same day.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! the personal in the office are great the first equipment they gave me keep alarm keep going off they finally replaced it with a new one no complaints with the people in the local office great but company in hole are corrupt they are changing over 400$ a month until I die on equipment that with my prescription from my doctor but a new one from online medical services from 700$ to little over 1000$ so if I live just 2 years they will ask me to pay over 5000& THEY ARE PREDATORY TO PEOPLE AT THERE MOST V... read more
I give my local Medco a 5 ⭐. I give Rotech 0 ⭐. I have never came across such horrible customer service anywhere. I have been receiving threatening calls every couple weeks from them that they are taking my equipment back. No matter how many calls I make to them trying to get this resolved it falls on deaf ears. They are literally making me physically ill. Maybe the company has been hacked. Someone trying to scam people out ov their money. They took care of everything my mom and dad needed. When the headaches came with the VA and the Medicaid, they were there every step of the way to make sure my dad got what he needed.
