Promptly supplied a hospital bed for my mother and I paid the deductible. BUT 6 months later they call me to say her Medicare provider did not approve the coverage (99 years old). Odd thing is that I never heard from them for 6 months until a week after Mom passed and now they want money from me?
Phone system is completely frustrating. Kept getting transferred to voicemail, unable to get resolution and speak to a human for help after 3 phone calls. Fix your phone system and be more responsive and maybe you'll get more customers
Why don't you hire somebody who cares about Medco business? It's not first time when it took more than 2 months to do the paper work. Still not finished! I have to call every day to push the office workers to do their job?... I need diapers and pads every day and you don't care?... The July past and I didn't receive them yet. The lady from trhe office told me to call tomorow to see if the doctor's paper work is processed?... Can somebody do something?...
Prompt delivery every month. Customer service reps are awesome. Extremely polite and very knowledgable about the company products.
Good communication, worked on making us happy . A little slow with the follow up but made the result happen to keep us coming back .
