I have had nothing but trouble from Express Scripts. During the year I was out of the country as a missionary and I signed up to have my medication sent to my home so my family could send me what I needed throughout the year. The practically never delivered. I believe I got one package during the 9 month period. I had to start taking one of my medications on a half dose just to make sure I had enough to get me home. I have to agree...they never answer their phones...they charge me for a 90 supply and send 1 month do not use at all costs... No customer service your on line history will be all screwed up and forget about anyone answering the phone not sure it is a real number So disappointed.
Horrible, mail scripts are frequently delayed.
Refusing to pay for half of my prescriptions and forcing me to take the generics that make me feel dizzy. They are all pieces of crap.
This is one of the worst /most greedy companies in the united states. My wife has had lung cancer for two years and this company has refused to allow her to have her pain medication as prescribed by her cancer physician. This company appears to act as a Dr and has the power and will switch the patients medicine without your physicians approval. They seem to be acting as God.
