I have been using this medical centre for many years and have always found the doctors and reception staff to be very helpful and kind. They don't seem to get impatient with my never ending questions, and at times, my appointment reschedules.
HIGHLY recommend. Dr Lelani Seeto and Dr Hanna are both amazing, caring doctors who actually care about their patients. reception and nurse are lovely. Small clinic who generally run on time too!
Was here, Friendly staff And met Dr. Hanna, She was so friendly, They could not start at the time of the appointment but that's okay because if you need a good treatment then you have to wait.
What a lovely medical practice, Dr Chen and the receptionist were really lovely. Dr Chen was very helpful! Will come back here for sure!
So far have been waiting 50 mins for a confirmed booked appointment. Seems they let multiple people take longer than the assigned standard consultation time. Not happy when I have a limited lunch break and they give absolutely no heads up
