1 star for reception staff who are polite and friendly. 0 for Dr Wah. She was rude to my children. Not helpful. Then tried to charge me for a 10yo even though kids are free. I could’ve got more information from AI. Told me not to come back unless there was another problem she might be-able to help with. Gauging by her responses she was out of her depth. Shame our regular doctor is away, but I will not be taking my family to her for any internal concerns.
Dr Win is by far the best doctor I've seen in years. He's thorough, efficient, and listens. I've seen him twice now, and both times he's been spot on with his diagnosis and diligent in his follow-up. Definitely a GP you can have confidence in.
I have been living in Australia for more than 20 years, and earlier this year a friend asked me if I had ever experienced racism here. Sadly, the only place where I truly felt it was at this medical centre. I’ve lived in Shire for many years and I love the Shire, but this horrible experience really changed how I feel. Visited today for the first time as I have just moved to Cronulla. Dr Wah Kaing was fantastic, very thorough and caring!
Dr Wah is a very caring doctor who went to a lot of trouble to help me when I really needed help
