Just waited half an hour on the phone and no one answered. It’s now 5pm so getting no joy. No way to run a business. I have to click one star to get this to post.
I've been going to Dr Saffin for years. She's brilliant. Has her own style but gets to the bottom of the problem. I'd recommend her.
Had an absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Katherine Saffin and wish I had read the reviews prior. When bringing up a sensitive and personal issue she had the nerve to question me on it, despite previous report shown from another Dr, was super condescending and judgemental. When she told me to go get a blood test, which would have been pointless as I hadn’t fasted, and I told her I had a phobia of needles, she pretty much told me I needed to man up and get over it. Patrice on reception has to be the most difficult person I have ever met, will literally go to great lengths to make interacting her as frustrating and time wasting as possible. If you don't enjoy a customer facing role perhaps find something else to do ?
