Stephanie Bingel, PA was awesome. Very nice, made me feel comfortable. The staff was down to Earth and funny, made an urgent care experience about as good as it could be. Would recommend going here, definitely plan ahead and save a spot for a time slot.
Went in with a weird injury, as was treated excellent, and given the proper diagnosis and potential cure.
Urgent care is always a little stressful but the online option to save a spot is efficient and works great at this location. The staff is always very friendly.
So helpful everytime my family has visited. This time in particular, Easter Sunday, prompt service (especially for Easter Sunday), everyone was so friendly, doctor was to the point, got me examined and out. Double ear infection. Had them send my scripts to my normal pharmacy, ended up that they were closed even though they showed as open. Contacted urgent care fishers, they helped find an open pharmacy and the meds were waiting for me when I arrived. Could not have asked for better service.
