Made my wife wait 2 hours with no other patients (they “didn’t realize she was there and checked in”) to tell her she doesn’t have an infection that Riverview confirmed she has had the entire time. Would recommend going literally anywhere else if you want any combination of decent service or anything resembling competent care.
My exam. check up was horrible! First off I waited 30 mins in the room when there was no one in the waiting room at all. I was early so no one before me or after me. After 30 mins we opened the door and walked out and he walked up finally/ I think they saw us. He didnt look at my injured knee at all. He asked 2 questions. He didnt ask about my pain...I could have told him a lot. Im sorry I have a high tolerance for pain. I have Dystonia. Look it up. See about pain with it. The over the counter meds dont work.
