This was my first time visiting under the 'GoHealth' name. I made an appointment, showed up on time, but wasn't called back until an hour after my scheduled time. I reported my symptoms to the check-in nurse and was told a NP would be in shortly. The NP walked in, looked at me and said she'd prescribe something for PART of my issues and then tried to walk out. Booked an appointment ahead of time for my son. Went there and waited 40 minutes and there were still 7 people ahead of us. Other people in the waiting room had been waiting 2 hours past their appointment time. At this point we got up and left. But they should not take that many appointments if they are not able to keep up with it.

What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if you’re going to ignore it entirely? We had a 3:07 PM appointment and waited over an hour just to be called back to a room. No updates. No apology. No explanation. If this is how “appointment-based” urgent care operates, just be honest and call it a walk-in clinic. Patients shouldn’t be left sitting indefinitely while staff pretends the schedule doesn’t exist. This was a complete waste of time and shows zero respect for patients

I had a great experience at Community MedCheck. I went in for an ear infection, and both the doctor and the medical assistant were outstanding. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the visit. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. From check-in to treatment, the entire process was smooth and efficient.
