Saw Dr Van Nguyen for a routine skin check (with my toddler in tow). After stripping down for the exam, I was blindsided with unsolicited comments about weight management, completely unrelated to the appointment. I hadn’t raised the topic, but was told “it’s 2025” and offered Ozempic or a mental health plan because “a psychologist can help with weight issues.” Absolutely inappropriate. Avoid at all cost - espically if it’s to do with mental health. Waited eight weeks for an appointment that was meant to be bulked billed. They made me go get referrals from a doctor so it could be bulk billed. The Phycoligst elanora then cancelled my appointment. To reschedule and then say it’s going be a cost of $160 and they change the policy overnight- this clinic does not care about your mental health. My husband has been treated by Dr Van Nguyen recently for a skin cancer . He thought whole experience from walking in the door to the actual treatment was very professional. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Having the pharmacy next door was a bonus. He will have no hesitation in revisiting this clinic .
