I met Dr Van Nguyen when we returned to Australia for a skin cancer check which was performed in a professional and no.fuss manner. Dr Nguyen has since treated me for some skin issues including removing a skin growth on my foot which no other doctor would treat. I am very impressed with his professional manner and care for his patients. I would have no hesitaion in recommrnding this practice to others.
Everyone there was nice, but I got a blood test done and was told I would get a text message/phone call when the results came in… I never did. It’s been 2 weeks. I’ve looked at my blood test results on my health record myself. Nothing is crazy out of the ordinary, but will be going to another doctor around the area from now on I think 🤨
What a lovely bunch of people. I had a medical issue whilst shopping near this clinic and asked them to call me an ambulance - they were so kind and went above and beyond to help me, despite me not being a patient of theirs.
Brought my partner here on Sunday just to try get in to a doctor as he was experiencing an intense cough and chest pains & we didn’t want to clog emergency up if it wasn’t a true emergency. Dr Van saw us, I have never been taken back so much by a doctors condescending and rude persona. Absolutely do not recommend for anyone that has genuine health concerns and wants answers.
