Went to Medcentres Plus after googling for Wax removal treatment as the NHS now don't provide thus service. We made an appointment to see Sarah Luckman an audiologist- what a warm welcome into comfortable well appointed building! Sarah was a joy - not only was she friendly, relaxed, extremely humorous but she was thorough in her questions, examination and treatment of my husband- talked us through everything we needed to know about ears and more but she showed us computer images at every stage as well as giving us a lot tips... read more
Called to ask what type of service offered , phone call was answered by some person saying “Yeah “ ? Had to ask who I was speaking to .. I don’t recommend this place :
I attended approx one month ago to have Botox in my forehead. This is supposed to last for between three to six months. It has already stopped working. On asking the team what they would do I was told I should have come back in for a top up two weeks after my original appointment. I did not do this as I was not told to! I have wasted my time and money. They are useless at responding and have made no attempt to resolve this. I won’t be going back! Awful service and treatment. Find somewhere else!!!
I received awful surgery at the hands of Doctor Khan so anyone considering a cosmetic procedure with Medcentres Plus at Salisbury make sure you go elsewhere as they will not resolve any issues you have with there negligence once they have your money.They treat there patients with utter contempt.I am having to take legal action to get my money back and find a new surgeon to clear up Doctor Khans mess.I have given 1 star in order to post the review as they are not worth any stars for the poor service they offer.
Clean facilities. , easy parking and location. Not as experienced as I would like. Felt uncomfortable with taking photo with the nurses phone. Not the best follow up and customer service.
