0 rating. Upon attending to register as a new patient, relocating into the area. The chick handed my a patient record form rather than a new patient form. She stated wrong form so I just book and attend the appointment booked the next day. Filled out New Patient form and did have my allocated appointment to go get X-rays. After 2 days waiting on results, nothing therefore I rang on the Friday, was advised that it can be 2 days or a week depending if doctor redeems urgent or not. Dr Kiran Abro is an extremely kind, patient and thorough doctor. She picked up on a condition that my autistic son had, that was missed when he was a baby. Thanks to Dr Kiran we got him into surgery and fixed the issue. Thank you to an amazing doctor.
Too much waiting! don't follow the appointment order. What's the point of having an appointment if someone has to wait! Most people complaint that. Despite the delay, the quality of the visit made the wait worth it. Thank you for the excellent service.
Giving two stars as I have had good care from some doctors here over the years but I just cannot recommend this practice anymore after too many bad experiences. As many have said, I have always waited at least 30min which is understandable at times. HOWEVER, I once purposefully booked an 8am slot (first appointment of the day) to avoid waiting with a sick child. I arrived at 7.55am and the receptionist said you’re a bit early, admitting that the doctor I was seeing always arrives late…the doctor literally walked in the door ... read more
This clinic doesn’t know time value. Everytime I visit it’s more than 30 minutes late. Never coming back. Are you really doctors? Please chuck your certificates. If you don’t know value of time you don’t deserve to be doctors & run practice
