Very rude receptionist,they dont care if you walk in and tell them that you need to see a gp badly,worst clinic of northern suburbs. try to avoid them in emmergency situation.

I had one of the worst experiences at MedCentral GP Clinic. I had an appointment booked but still had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. Nothing was running on time, and there was no communication or update while I waited. It’s frustrating to book an appointment and still be treated like a walk-in. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of organisation and respect for patients’ time was unacceptable. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
An excellent practice in such a convenient location. All of the doctors are knowledgeable kind and efficient. The receptionists do their best under very busy conditions and are approachable and helpful. I continue to receive top quality care here. A big thank you to all the staff.
I have been going to see Dr Mohammed Ahmed at MedCentral Casuarina, for a number of years. I find him to be very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. I particularly like his method of finishing up, by asking "are there any questions", which allows me to ask the questions that I was afraid or embarrassed to ask.
