This place is awesome and does a great job with their patients!
Went in with my son right at closing for his sinus problems and they saw us anyway. I didn't realize what time they closed and I even told them we'd go elsewhere so they could close but they said come on in. Great people, friendly staff, very quick!!! We were in and out. Bonus is they take CuraeChoice so if you work at Mercedes and have that - you pay nothing!!
I am so pleased w the professional and speedy service. I moved here in July 2023 and hard finding a doctor. . I have not felt well many times. After seeing Dr Bankston yesterday, I feel so much better. For a young dr, he knew exactly what I needed, to get on w my life and feel better I would rate a 10+. Office personnel are very professional and nice as well.
I found the staff to be snotty. Mega condescending attitude. Just shy of outright rude. Very surprised by the attitude. Inappropriate attention to irrelevant minutiae. I had a spider bite. Ugly but not that big a deal. What does my neck surgery 30yrs ago have to do w a spider bite on my knee? The actual nurse practitioner had her head on straight but the rest of the staff… well I could’ve done without the rude behavior and been very happy. As it is I give the staff a 1 for poor behavior
Always friendly and take good care of me. Casey Bass♥️ and Raven Billups ♥️ I have never had a bad visit,nor my child. I appreciate the nurses at the Med center so much. It's nice to feel genuine care for your health concerns and feel welcomed. I went in thinking I just had a stomach virus but Raven Billups didn't stop there,she ran test and found out otherwise and treated me for it. Casey Bass is awesome too!
