Easily the most unresponsive company I’ve ever dealt with.
I had no problems with this company. The delivery guy was so nice and set up the hospital bed and showed me how to use it. Loaded all empty boxes. Calling Customer Service wasn't a problem at all.
This company deserves a zero minus rating. For weeks I have been trying to work with them on a wheelchair order and they still haven't shipped it to me. For the past two weeks they have refused to answer or return phone calls. My medical insurer offered this business up as an approved source for Medicare covered durable medical supplies. Horrible tech came stayed two mind and did nothing but tell me I would have to wait 2 more weeks after waiting 1 month and a half my body is ruined aching everyday because they drug their feet I have to suffer one order at at a time.
