Horrible tech came stayed two mind and did nothing but tell me I would have to wait 2 more weeks after waiting 1 month and a half my body is ruined aching everyday because they drug their feet I have to suffer one order at at a time.

The started out terrible when someone here said a medical equipment person would reach out to me and the MedCare rep would not provide their name or phone number. Two weeks later, no one had reached out. Supervisor named Ashley contacted me by phone in an unfriendly voice. I did let her know in a voicemail that just because it was Christmas time and New Year, it doesn't mean I don't need to breathe at night. If I could give this company a negative zero rating I absolutely would! Simply horrible customer service! I had the worst experience even BEFORE becoming a client. I tried to get a medical device and was told it was denied due to the date of service and to have the Dr reapply with new paperwork at a recent appointment which we did. I waited weeks and attempted to call their office but you wait only to leave numerous messages yet No one returns calls!
