Today I had a bad experience with medcare. I have been there twice and it all went well when i booked in person app. Today they booked me for on call appointment at 11 a.m. I made sure my phone was working and no caller id was blocked. But I did not received any call from the doc I waited till 1 with my phone in my hand. At around 4 i called the office to tell them bit they said the doc tried to call me several times and i should check with my provider, I told her even when i received spam or blocked calls I can still see it... read more
Dr. Laura and Dr. Abhishek are very helpful and make sure you feel comfortable. The staff is supportive.
terrible service. I scheduled a phone appointment with my family doctor and didn't call me. I was waiting 30 min and no call. Very disappointed and will be switching clinics.
new booking system online is very bad.
Receptionist were unprofessional, impolite , Doctor calls you with blocked number and out of the time agreed, booked. This clinic must be reported to provincial health authority by their mistreatment to clients.
