I had an emergency and couldn’t make it to the appointment, not only the receptionist was rude and unprofessional she also said she won’t reschedule the appointment not until I pay the cancellation fee although I mentioned I’m on disability and limited with money.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a medical clinic. The reception staff at Medcare+ Clinic were shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping patients, they act as though we are a burden. To make matters worse, the fees are excessive and completely unclear — no transparency, no proper explanation, just unexpected charges. I’ve been going here for 4 years. No issues here. Very attentive doctors who care and help me a lot. Dr Grewal and Dr Kalia are very professional

Dr. Kalia is an awesome doctor at this location, very attentive and listens to his patients. The front desk staff can be rude but other than that, my family had good experiences with the doctors here. Update: Called April 19 around 10 am to cancel my follow up appointment because Dr. Grewal said if my ears are feeling better, to call in and cancel.
