I was billed for “equipment” a few weeks ago. I called because I never authorized them to automatically send me new equipment. First of all, they make listening to the menu as confusing and long as possible. Then, they send you around and have you call back other times. When I finally did get the right person on the the phone, I was in formed the the humidifier, standard head gear and mask, and hose that came with the machine,( that you would actually need to use it) was extra! Office is closed and no one answers the phone whatsoever, been on hold for two hours each day for a week and still no resolve.

Charge for each separate part of my cpac. Not told that it was a rent to own. If I wasn't over 1/2 way done I'd return it. I will go to Buffalo or Erie if anything is ever needed for filters or replacement parts.
