It took 3 months for them to send a shower chair for my father. I was not allowed to look at or pick out the chair. They sent junk that collapsed when he sat on it. My father is 209 pounds, not unusually heavy. I called and wanted to return the chair. They say I'm not allowed to return items, but they sent another chair. The same piece of junk as before.
