I have had several office appointments for some medical problems and Dr Puri does a thorough exam and if medicine is needed she explains the medicines reason it is needed, what side effects that might be expected. She also makes sure the medication is ok to take and will not have a reaction because of medicines that are taken daily. I highly recommend Dr Puri. She has so much medical knowledge and compassion for her patients.Best RegardsKim

MedCare+ is everything a typical office visit is NOT! I was new to the area and had not yet established a primary care physician, but I needed to be seen by a doctor. Based on the reviews of others, I chose to visit MedCare+ and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I felt welcomed with genuine concern, authentic care, with compassion and warm kindness. I tried to giveDr. Puri a 5 star rating, not sure if that was recorded. Dr. Puri is very attentive and professional. Her office is clean and her staff courteous. She conducts all the tests herself. She is also a great listener.

I am a disabled veteran and have been going to Dr.Puri for the past year. You will not find a better doctor who not only shows compassion to her patients but also proves that compassion through her actions. I have seen some reviews on here and whoever they are writing about is not the Dr.Puri I have come to know and adore. Those people who write negative comments about her have an ulterior motive in the first place. Seeing is believing and she is a wonderful physician and deserves more than her fair share of credit.

Dr Puri and her staff are great. She is patient and takes the time to hear your concerns and always make you feel at ease. I love that you can walk in without an appointment and being open on Saturdays is an extra bonus!

The first time I went to Dr. Puri, I found her to be sweet, consoling and brutally honest. The 2nd and 3rd time I went to her, she gave me what seemed like a canned speech exactly like the one she gave me the first time. She seemed to make preconceived assumptions, would not listen to my concerns, and even shushed me, which made my already high blood pressure even higher. I think she is probably a good doctor but she doesn't return calls and doesn't listen very well.

I have been going to Dr Puri for over 15 years . She is a excellent doctor . She goes above and beyond for her patients. She treats you with respect , kindness and truly listens to you. She will put your mind to peace. She is very knowledgeable in medicine and a wonderful caring doctor . We are lucky to have her in Madison and I am grateful to have found her .

Dr. Puri is an excellent doctor. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She is very compassionate and cares about her patients. She is concerned about helping her patients and not about charging for unnecessary expenses.
