Love that it is open late, but I don’t love the fact that they don’t pick up their phones when it literally says office hours are until 7 PM and they don’t have any phone options so that you can get through to reception person and when you call the fax number it makes weird cellular static sounds

Absolutely horrible experience. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. We were forced to wait over an hour for absolutely no service. They scanned my and my daughter’s health cards, kept us sitting there, and only after wasting our time told us they were “at max capacity” and couldn’t see a doctor. If you’re full, say it upfront. Don’t scan health cards and mislead people. This feels dishonest and like a complete waste of time—especially with a child. Zero respect for patients. Avoid this pl... read more

I had great experience each time whenever i have visited them Receptionist was friendly and Doctor Mukendi also a great person. Explained me everything about my ear issue I don't know why other people leave them negative review
