I had been going to the MedCare it’s convenient quick and helpful, it was clean and comfortable, today I went idk if they fired the cleaning company but it needs to be properly cleaned down to the paper towel dispenser the IV poles exam table chairs all of it needs to be cleaned, and their scale was broken guessing the light they use to look in your ears and mouth with was broken also because the doctor used her cellphone light 🤦🏽‍♀️as for the service was fast and easy just need to be cleaned

Sat in the lobby waiting for someone to help for 15 minutes. Staff walked past, I said excuse me, was ignored. Tried calling from the lobby three times, no answer. Staffing and customer service is wild these days. Finally got someone to answer the phone and go back inside and it took another 40 minutes to get checked in and be told they don’t take the insurance. These are grown people paid to do a job btw, I don’t understand the process or the thought process behind this scenario.

They don’t have accurate testing , basically tell you anything .

I’ve had a great experience each time I’ve gone in for care. I seen a few of the doctors & they have all listened to me & helped me. I’ve travelled to the other offices for both Dr.Popa & Dr.Cynthia I thank both of them very much 🤎

If i could give 0 stars i would. I came to get tested and they lost my samples. They never called to tell me that they lost them or even tell me that they needed another sample from me! Letting me go on thinking im going to receive a call back for results. I had to reach out to find out. The receptionist was very rude had an attitude and hung up in my face. This place is very unprofessional.
