I love Dr Myers. He is an excellent doctor.
Dr. Myers is a fantastic doctor but the reception staff are absolutely abysmal. They constantly miss calls and fail to call me back. I waited on hold for 20 minutes over the course of 3 phone calls with no answer from this clinic. Particularly, there is no professionalism in the patient portal where the responses don’t contain any capitalization or punctuation which is frankly embarrassing. Erratic, inconsistent billing, duplicate billing of paid charges even after shown EOB, copay receipts, violations of the Texas Prompt Pay Act which includes prompt billing requirements. I received in June 2026 a bill for a balance due, for the first time, for October 2024 services! Thankfully I keep documents and pay copays with my VISA.
