Dr. Myers is the best. There is a significant problem with communications in the office. Multiple phone calls over the course of a month and the issue still not resolved. Just the most recent in a long string of similar instances. The front desk clerk with short dark hair, is negative, not solution focused and I have seem her be quite rude to myself, other patients, vendors and coworkers. I recently changed doctors due to the insane time it takes to get through reception and to get urgent prescriptions filled. On several occasions Ive had to make multiple calls on behalf of my mother because they dont get sent over. Also their is one particular lady on the front desk that is awful. The really sad thing is. The doctors are absolutely fantastic.I had been with the surgery going back to Dr Beaukamps previous location years ago and the reception issue was terrible then. Even before my son saw the P.A., I knew that this clinic was not for us. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and rude, lied and then backpedaled, and wanted to refuse cash payment. They also said that they would send the new patient paperwork in advance and didn’t. No matter how much my son likes the practitioner, we won’t be back. I work at a medical clinic and definitely know that people can do better than this! Written from the front lobby as I wait for the appointment to be over
Don’t even bother with these people. Phones are always busy and no one answers no matter how many times you call. Poor communication about anything. The receptionist argue with patients and have rude customer service. They’re always busy, full, having a hectic day bc they are not organized at all. They’re need to get their office together before they can help anyone. Waste of time.
Office staff is the worst i have ever seen. They have lied to me about appointments. Dr Myers is top notch. Office staff need to all be unemployed .specially the older woman who seems to be running the office. I had to find a different Dr to get help I needed
