Find a different place to fulfillyour medical needs. The doctor I use to see left. She was the only reason I stayed. The front desk staff customer service is terrible. I have been trying for three days to get someone to answer the phone to get help with my prescription. I have called at all different times of the day, been on hold for 15+ minutes at a time, had the calls dropped by the system, the system doesnt allow you to leave a message, etc etc. Nobody ever answers. Front desk staff are consistently rude, abrupt and act like patients are nuisances. Email interactions are unprofessional and unhelpful.
Never answer their phones. Blatantly ignore your messages on healow app even though they ask to use the app because it is "faster." Literally had a health emergency and sent multiple messages... no response. Dr. Myers was good the first appointment but after that he just became extremely apathetic and just ignoring everything I'm saying and just wanting to get in the appointment and get out as quickly as possible, the Boerne location, seem out of touch with the duties of checking patient portal messages and requests.
