Treats their employees like scum. Management is a joke, new south supervisor has had multiple s3xual harassment complaints against him, still made him supervisor! This place cares about nothing more than just busting out runs. They do not care about employee or patient safety. Just money. Trucks are not mechanically safe at all what so ever. Better off calling other ambulance companies, medcare wont show up on time anyways. Or they’ll give you an outrageous ETA haha

If I could give zero stars I would. My son was seen at Adena Regional Medical Center and was transported to Nationwide Children's Hospital using this company. The ambulance driver told me I was not aloud to sit in the back with my son who was crying and scared. His injury was to his eye so it didn't help that he wasn't really able to see well. My child was scared and was not able to have the one person he trust next to him because the ambulance lied about a policy that does not even exist. I trusted that the driver and staff... read more

The ambulance driver lied and stated that the company doesn't let parents sit in the back with their children. That she had to sit up front. I was highly upset due to my son crying wanting his momma to hold his hand where he was scared and in pain. My 4-year-old son was then transported from a local hospital to Nation nationwide hospital due to injuries. When I talked to upper management I was informed that they had no policy of this situation.
