behind a Medcare ambulance today. the traffic light turned red and the ambulance did not stop until halfway thru the marked lines. missed the person trying to cross by a split second. not sure if driver was texting or on computer in ambulance but either way they were not paying attention to the road. after we started moving again she was back on phone or computer , as I watched her look up and down numerous times.
