Just got off the phone with a representative and beyond rude. If you can use another company please do so.
Cheaters. They sent me the wrong medication and won’t reimburse me for what they charged me and hung up on me when I asked them to either send the correct meds or reimburse me. I have a copy of the receipt. Go to Alto pharmacy instead

WORST PHARMACY EVER. TWICE THEY MESSED UP MY MEDICATION DELIVERY FOR MY IVF TREATMENT WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 5-9PM AND THEIR DRIVER DID NOT COME till ALMOST 11PM. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO BBB AND DOH. THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE. PEOPLE SPEND ALOT OF MONEY ON IVF AND FOR YOU PEOPLE TO MESS UP THEIR CYCLE IS DESPICABLE. I HOPE PEOPLE STOP USING YOU AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY.
