This company is amazing as well as the staff. After being stranded twice by two other companies while on a special hospital visit to Queen of the valley, I called Ray who went out of his way to help and got us the ride we needed as quickly as he could both times and the driver David came to our rescue and told us if we needed help again, we should call which we again had to do. i will forever remain in our hearts and we thank God they were put in our path at a very hard time in our lives our experience with this company

It was a horrible experience. They were late to pick me up, they brought an uncomfortable converted van, I waited 1 1/2 hours for pick-up from the doctor's office, and they followed Google Maps which led them on a very rough hilly road and made the trip very long. There was a very much shorter better route to take.

I would like to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU to Ray from medbridge. Ray is very friendly, helpful, responsive, and courteous professional. He very efficiently set up my grandmas pick up time on a very short notice night before and personally gave me a ride next morning. If you are looking for safe transportation and focused care for your family or yourself look no more. Thank you so much again for making our trip relaxing and worry-free!!
