I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was honestly shocking. To be clear—the hold time wasn’t the issue. Waiting 10+ minutes to speak with someone at a medical office is pretty standard, and we completely understood that. What’s difficult to process is that after all of that, this interaction lasted less than 60 seconds before it became so uncomfortable and unprofessional that she chose to end the call.
