I have been a regular customer at this pharmacy, but my experience with Mr. Niyat has been consistently poor. Almost every day around 1:30 p.m., he leaves a sign saying, "Back in 15 minutes," without indicating when those 15 minutes started. I ended up waiting 30 minutes, and other customers told me they've had the same experience. No one is saying he shouldn't take a break, but customers' time deserves respect. I just visited this MedBox pharmacy at 12.00 pm. In Brampton There was a sign saying will return in 30 minutes. Didn’t mention any time they were leaving or coming we waited for 1 hr no one came I also called to see if someone was inside. No one answered the call either I was looking for compounding a drug. I can’t trust this pharmacy where only one person is working have no value of the time. Don’t waste time in this pharmacy there are 2 other ladies waiting in the car infront of the pharmacy.

This was my second visit, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing again. The website clearly states that they are open on Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., but when I arrived at 11:00 a.m. on April 11, the place was closed. It was a beautiful day, so this was especially frustrating. What’s more concerning is that this doesn’t seem to be a one-time issue—several other reviews mention the same problem with inconsistent hours. This is my second visit, but the website claims they’re open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. I arrived at 9:30 a.m. and was disappointed to find they were closed both times. It was a nice day, and this is a consistent issue reported in reviews by multiple people.
