We had our wedding ceremony and reception here and it was absolutely amazing! Very affordable compared to other similar places. Dean and the rest of his crew were all wonderful and made the day move seamlessly. All very good, caring people. The venue itself was beautiful. At first I thought it could be too rustic but when all the decorations were up it was better then I could have imagined!!
Terrible and full of code violations. Wood on the floors are uneven and a serious tripping hazard. Many of us were tripping during the entire event! Wood on the outdoor porch is coming up by inches! The steps are held up by a chunk of wood and are so steep. NO WATER AT ALL IN THE KITCHEN AREA. NO sink, just a plastic prep sink with a bucket under it!!!! The poor woman doing the kitchen duties and to keep running back and forth to the BATHROOM for COLD water!!!!!!! NO hot water in the bathroom. ( only ONE toilet ). Hot water ... read more
“Awful” Was supposed to celebrate a surprise birthday, when got told less than 48 before that we could no longer celebrate there. Apparently that was because of water damage from a storm. Found out later that they did have an event at the same time we reserved it for instead. I don’t know why, but they might have been willing to pay more money than us or something like that. It was awful trying to find a new venue and brought stress to all of us.
