This place sucks! Their phone apparently doesn’t work and the texting option is a waist of time because they don’t respond even when the website shows that they’re open. If you have any questions, you literally would have to go to the place because there’s no way to contact them.
Will not be using Medas or recommend them for any shipping needs. Had barrels picked up May 17th with the understanding that the barrels would reach the destination close the same time as the recipient. Recipient reached the destination by May 28th. Recipient had not been able to get in touch with Medas and business was closed after various attempts to visit the location during posted business hours. There is Not a Star that should be awarded to this Shipping Company. I have noticed that my wife's reviews are being deleted as a result I have decided to now input my own review. I was the One who took the Items/Stuffs to Medas Shipping in Bridgeport on 07/07/22 and I can also confirmed we paid via Zelle. On December 15, 2020, I used the services offered by this so-called shipping company. Today is May 10 2021, approximately five month ago and the shipment has not been delivered or returned. Moreover, it has become more and more challenging to recover the shipment or the value of same.
