Avoid going here unless you have great insurance or are extremely wealthy. I had been going to Dr. Alexander for about 3 years. For some of that time, I had insurance but most of the time I didn't and had to pay out of pocket. In 1 year's time, he raised his fee by $75 - as of this post, he charges $200 for a simple 5 minute office visit where he does nothing but ask you questions (not even a physical exam). Everyone is super nice and attentive
Dr. ALEXANDER and his staff/ the receptionist at the front desk are wonderful and such a pleasure! The office is clean and nice. Always a great experience coming here!
I had no problems with Dr Alexander. Some staff members, on the other hand, needs to be changed. I called once to ask a question regarding a medication prescribed to me. It was Friday afternoon and I was told that someone will call me back with more information. Never got a call back. I figured they were extremely busy and didn’t let it bother me. I waited till Tuesday to call back, what a surprise, nobody decided to leave a note in regards to my question. I had to wait again for someone to call me back and luckily they did.... read more
