The people that work here will give you the run around , they will tell you to call back in 14 days & you call back & it’s the same answer. I’ve submitted proof of insurance since April 2026 & I have to get a bill/account cleared to $0.00 . They want to collect payment but unfortunately for them I work in billing as well & in the state of Ca it is illegal to collect payment from a patient if they are insured through Medical & if the provider is a participant of the insurance . I received a "not a bill" notice from this company, an it appears to be a fraudulent company. There is no one to answer the phone; I have spent over 2 1/2 hours, at different times, and there is NEVER a phone pickup. I contacted the hospital directly, and they did not recognize the company. As I am writing this, they answered the phone, after 48 min. on hold, so it IS a real company. They apparently only have only one operator to answer the phone. Having the same problems as others. I have never received an invoice. If I had an invoice I'd pay it. Have no account number to use on line. Have called numerous times and on hold forever. Their calls all go to spam. Call every day.
“THERE ARE OTHER CALLERS IN FRONT OF YOU” ***CALL wherever you might have a balance owed! Mine was covered by insurance and they sent me a detailed summary and receipt… DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY OR UNIFIN!
