I received a "not a bill" notice from this company, an it appears to be a fraudulent company. There is no one to answer the phone; I have spent over 2 1/2 hours, at different times, and there is NEVER a phone pickup. I contacted the hospital directly, and they did not recognize the company. As I am writing this, they answered the phone, after 48 min. on hold, so it IS a real company. They apparently only have only one operator to answer the phone. Having the same problems as others. I have never received an invoice. If I had an invoice I'd pay it. Have no account number to use on line. Have called numerous times and on hold forever. Their calls all go to spam. Call every day.

“THERE ARE OTHER CALLERS IN FRONT OF YOU” ***CALL wherever you might have a balance owed! Mine was covered by insurance and they sent me a detailed summary and receipt… DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY OR UNIFIN!

I've tried MULTIPLE times to call and provide the information for my deceased father. There is no way to get to a live person. I keep getting automated calls and I've followed the instructions, but still cannot get through to a human. I have also called their local number, but get sucked into their automated system. I sat on "hold" for 360 minutes today. This is ridiculous.
