It is Impossible to get a hold of any representative over the phone
I've tried MULTIPLE times to call and provide the information for my deceased father. There is no way to get to a live person. I keep getting automated calls and I've followed the instructions, but still cannot get through to a human. I have also called their local number, but get sucked into their automated system. I sat on "hold" for 360 minutes today. This is ridiculous.
they keep calling me trying to charge me for visits i made while i was still in the military, then when i tell them that they say they cant help.
