do not recommend anyone to use these guys. just flat out liars and do not pay detention. will blow you up for updates even when driver is tracking and have tracking link, but when you need detention or update on your end they will not answer and email back with "ill answer when i can, stop emailing and calling me" rather have your truck sit for 4 days than take a load with this company.
They will agree on the rate then put you on hold to book with someone else for less money and then hang up on you
The worst brokers ever, sold a load with rate confirmation that says we can be paid detention, got held at the shipper 10hours, at receiver 6hrs, we weren't late anywhere, everything informed on time, and they disappeared, usual bad brokerage, told us this customer is not paying detention, and cannot reach them on the phone. DO NOT BOOK EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE
