I would give it a zero if I could. They are very short-handed, and the patients suffer. My sister was helpless, and they would let her lay in bed in her urine & feces for long periods of time while ignoring the call light. She was getting good physical therapy. She passed away while there and I do feel she would still be with us if I had moved her to another facility. The pictures definitely do not look like the facility!
