Great when taking your money. Buyer beware though after the sale. 0 customer service!! Bought pool, liner, and cover. Added 10 more feet to pool before being started and they made me eat 6k worth of liner and cover that they still had in their warehouse. I had to order new liner still before pool wa dug. They would give me 0 credit and would not help me sell the original liner and cover that I'm still stuck with even though it is their standard 16 × 32 size. Tried multiple times to talk to owner to no avail.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. They sent me home with just what I need and clear instructions on how to apply the products. The excessive rain we had this summer led to a green pool and they helped me fix the issue.The pictures show how my pool went from green to crystal clear in a day and a half.
We purchased our pool in Dec 2023. We were told installing would take place in April 2024. It’s now end of June 2024. We are still waiting to have it completed. Installers have come 2days out of the last 10 days. We are retired and in our late 60s. We were told we would be a priority but that’s not true. We paid OVER 20 grand already. Still waiting and wish this nightmare would end. I would never do it again!! GET IT IN WRITING! Update!! Now July15 and still nothing. Plenty of nice weather to finish but we have been ghosted.... read more
