cannot give zero! My Mother spent over 1 million dollars building a house. the whole experience was was long a horrible. with not help with design or layout. everything is contracted out. she spent over 6 months dealing with Jag kitchens etc. trying to sort it out. in the end she compromised. they just want to pick stuff that's easy instead of doing what she wanted! at handover over 50 defects. most minor like poor finishes. like quality paint work, or paint splatter everywhere. chips on stone splashbacks. a few bigger issue... read more

We built with Medallion now five years ago, our experience with the staff and build quality and after sales service is exceptional. Let me explain, some of the render was starting to bubble on a couple of patio pillars, a quick call to medallion with photos was made and in no time they were here to review and fix the problem. Special thanks to the Medallion Team , Genevieve , Jordan and the renderers.
