I arrived on site at 8:00am for my confirmed booking and waited for several minutes before anyone arrived. When a staff member did arrive, he did not acknowledge me and continued leaf blowing for about a minute before stopping. I informed him that I had a confirmed booking for 8:00am; however, he stated that my booking was at 8:30am and that the business opens at 8:30am. I reiterated that my booking was confirmed for 8:00am, but this was dismissed. Due to this experience, I cancelled my appointment.

I had the most pleasant experience with the staff today who took such care and attention with my car. The way I was greeted, the options laid out, the friendliness and the courtesy shown was perfect. When I collected my car it was almost unrecognisable! Wow! This is the best clean I have had at a shopping centre car wash. Thank you team.
