If I could give zero stars, I would. This is regarding Blossomgate in London Ontario. Living at one of this company’s properties has been nothing short of a nightmare. The management is completely unresponsive and shows zero accountability. Emails and phone calls go unanswered—sometimes for years. I have an entire folder of documented attempts to reach out, proving just how poor their communication and follow-through really is. I’m frankly surprised by the 5 stars review here, because Medallion left me with a very unprofessional impression after 2 years of living in one of their buildings. My stars are for the friendly cleaning and maintenance staff in the building(they’re 5 stars), but the management itself is detached and unprofessional in my experience.
