Medallion Corporation is the gold standard of condominium living in Toronto. No debate. The same cannot be said for Medallion's 'legacy rental properties'.The slow but dramatic decline in service delivery to our 16-story rental property is sad. Medallion Corporation is the gold standard of condominium living in Toronto. No debate. Unfortunately, my long term rental experience in a Medallion 'legacy multi-dwelling rental property' has not been fitting of that accolade. The decline is palatable.
