We've had these cabinets for going on three years now. They are holding up fine-ish, but we were extremely disappointed to learn (after about 10 unreturned calls to the company) that they had discontinued the paint color that we used on our cabinets as well as the availability of any touchup kits. Nor were they willing or able to provide any information about the chosen paint color to help us color match. "We no longer have that information." ?? I am having a house built and my contractor didn't give me a choice in who made my kitchen and laundry room cabinets. We thought we were getting clear hickory cabinets and instead our cabinets were made with rustic hickory wood. It is the most god awful thing I have ever seen. The colors are awful and it all looks machine made. There's nothing natural looking about it. Also, some pieces look like particle board, not real wood. Buyer beware - multiple quality issues: 1. Paint job is very poor. Multiple doors have very obvious missed paint around the door panel edges. The touch-up kit tip is not small enough fit in this area. Crown moulding received is a different shade of white 2. Multiple cabinets arrived damaged. One had a side that was completely detached from the frame which was very poorly constructed/attached in the first place. They will replace it but that leads me to issue 3 3.
