DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!!! Going through a dealership for a purchase meant I had little to no choice of the financial institution that my loan was approved through. This may sound harsh but it’s the truth and if you ever seen or experience a financial rape case you can if you let Medallion bank finance you . I made a $57,800 purchase in 2023 it’s 2025 my pay off is $55,600. At $700 monthly payments no lates no missed payments. Talk about being taken advantage of and mislead , financial greed and torture I don’t recommend anyone do business with this company . You will definitely regret your decision, shop around and read that contract .
So get this I’ve been getting harassing emails every day for the past year saying I owe some sort of debt not sure what debt because I don’t have an account with yall. I’ve never even heard of this bank. I have one bank account that’s with Navy Federal. I’m all the way in Oregon and some how I have an account with yall. Was pre-approved for a loan through this bank. Drove 1 hour and 45 minutes to the dealer. Did the paperwork and took the camper home. A week after having the camper I received a call from the dealership and this bank backed out of the deal. Would not recommend them.
To better answer your response I definitely have talked to GAP and y’all are still trying to get me to make payments I don’t have the RV insurance company has it after they sent you a check. You guys need to figure it out and stop harassing me over payment. If yall would have stuff together. In all parts of your company it would be taken care of.
