I wish these people would actually get my mother in law the title to her boat. Instead they keep dragging this out and we can’t sell this boat to help our family out in desperate need. Surgeries are expensive and they won’t even communicate with us.
To better answer your response I definitely have talked to GAP and y’all are still trying to get me to make payments I don’t have the RV insurance company has it after they sent you a check. Stayed on hold for 45 minutes never to reach anyone. Called again the next morning and they prematurely ended the phone call without any salutation after asking me for a piece of information and my questions were clearly not answered. Not helpful at all. Ironic you will respond to this telling me to call in with my concerns. I am not wasting any more time on hold with your business.

Bought a camper last year and have since paid it off and I have reached out about my title and paperwork to which I've been told it was mailed and I should be receiving it in a few days to get an email a few days later saying the account has a balance of $0.01. The account was paid in full nearly 3 months ago and i have tried to call yet again to be placed on a call back list with no call back. Very dissatisfied and have a feeling imma have to get an attourney to get my title from this bank
