So get this I’ve been getting harassing emails every day for the past year saying I owe some sort of debt not sure what debt because I don’t have an account with yall. I’ve never even heard of this bank. I have one bank account that’s with Navy Federal. I’m all the way in Oregon and some how I have an account with yall. To better answer your response I definitely have talked to GAP and y’all are still trying to get me to make payments I don’t have the RV insurance company has it after they sent you a check. You guys need to figure it out and stop harassing me over payment. If yall would have stuff together. In all parts of your company it would be taken care of. Bought a camper last year and have since paid it off and I have reached out about my title and paperwork to which I've been told it was mailed and I should be receiving it in a few days to get an email a few days later saying the account has a balance of $0.01. The account was paid in full nearly 3 months ago and i have tried to call yet again to be placed on a call back list with no call back. Very dissatisfied and have a feeling imma have to get an attourney to get my title from this bank

After paying on my RV loan for 5 months I realized it was not reporting on my credit report. When I called the credit reporting department they said there was a paperwork error and would be resolved in 2 months. I asked for clarification and they were not able to tell me and extremely rude when I asked simple questions. Terrible customer service

I wish these people would actually get my mother in law the title to her boat. Instead they keep dragging this out and we can’t sell this boat to help our family out in desperate need. Surgeries are expensive and they won’t even communicate with us.
