My moms impending death for 3 months was ignored. She was a skeleton and 3 full months NO staff would be kind enough to stop the lying to me, stop the nasty attitudes I encountered and just give a dying person some attention as they died. My dad has been at the Medallion almost 4 yrs now. I am very happy with the care he gets. The staff is like family. They go the extra mile for the residents. They plan all types of outings now that we can again, and fun indoor events as well. Since I live out of town it puts me at ease knowing he is cared for. Thank you
Mom has lived there about three years. Caring, Responsive, communicative staff and strong leadership. Hard to do better.
