I had an appointment with dr John Burston, on the 18th on September. Completely disgusted how I was treated as a person who has been suffering from a chronic allergy response to aspergillus fumigatus. He stated how my skin rashes have nothing to do with a mold infection and all I have is a skin problem. Avoid Mr Jackson like the plague if you can. An extremely nasty vindictive man. Quite willing to risk my life to prove a point even though a doctor had put me in ICU at the same hospital trying to prove the same point a few years earlier and proven wrong. He refused to consult with outpatient specialists. Even for his own specialty, the man cleared me for C-Diff midwives course of vancomycin only for me to test positive again at another hospital 10 days later! The staff are wonderful here. I had a health issue that was causing me a lot of pain, anxiety and reduced quality of life so I was often very anxious for my appointments. The reception staff were always so lovely and reassuring to me, Anita was very kind to me. Dr Michael Kelly helped explain exactly what was going on with my health and proceeded to do all necessary exploratory procedures to properly and confidently diagnose me without trying to just immediately push me into surgery if I didn’t need it. Consistently terrible health care experience from this office, the doctors and the administration staff. Extremely upsetting.
The reception staff have bent over backwards to help me and are so kind. I have felt supported and Dr Eaves has been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
